By downloading, installing, or using UnWorry ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
UnWorry is a mobile application that provides tools for tracking worries, journaling, guided breathing and grounding exercises, educational articles, and personal statistics. The App is available in a free tier and a premium subscription tier.
To use certain features, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Premium features are available through auto-renewing subscriptions:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID or Google Play account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain premium access until then. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.
If a free trial is offered, it will convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
All payments are processed by Apple or Google. Refund requests must be directed to the respective platform:
You retain ownership of all content you create within the App (journal entries, notes, etc.). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We will never use your content for advertising, training, or sharing with third parties.

All content, design, code, and materials in the App (excluding your personal content) are owned by UnWorry and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or reliability of any content, including educational articles and guided breathing and grounding exercises.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UnWorry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
UnWorry is a self-help tool designed to help you track and reflect on your worries. It is not a medical device, therapy service, or substitute for professional mental health care. The educational content and guided breathing and grounding exercises are for informational and relaxation purposes only. Always seek the advice of a qualified mental health professional with any questions you may have regarding a mental health condition.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration.
